2021 Holiday Shipping Guidelines

For Nice Commerce Clients:

Your shipping strategy gets put to the ultimate test in the final leg of the holiday rush. To help you maintain satisfied and happy customers, below are the recommended Holiday Shipping Guidelines and Deadlines for your reference
Please note, Nice Commerce is a  fulfillment service partner and we will do our best to ensure your orders are filled within a 24-48 hour window of receiving them ( under normal circumstances*)

We understand, we want your customers to receive their orders quickly, too. So rest assured that we do our best to get the orders out the door as soon as they come in! 
To help facilitate this,  starting  October 25th,  the Nice Commerce Accounts Team will be proactively checking your order movements and order accuracy
This extra service offering is going to be present on your Account until December 17th when the Holiday Rush will be coming to a close
If it is found that a shipping address needs to be adjusted or updated, the Nice Commerce Accounts Team will proactively make the update or adjustment or an adjustment will be made by the Fulfillment Team at the Pack Station. If it is found that too much of the shipping address or order information is missing, then the order will be placed on its respective Hold.
From adding on this service, in the event that an adjustment or correction was made to an order that results in the order having logistical issues getting to the end customer, Nice Commerce is not responsible for crediting the order or its associated fees.

USPS, FedEx, and USPS have all advised that for the 2021 Holiday period, extended delays in transit are expected. With the impact of COVID as well as the global supply chain issues, the parcel carriers have advised all parties to add in additional time for transit to the customer

Communicating shipping deadlines to your customer is very important, so be sure to have shipping policies on your website
During periods of high volume ( Black Friday, Cyber Monday, *Cyber Week* etc.) orders ship within 48 hours if placed by 2 PM

Wednesday December 15:
Deadline for FedEx and UPS Ground
All orders received by Nice Commerce will be fulfilled in 24-48 hrs. The carrier info of choice comes directly from our clients. We are committed to our fulfillment times based on the carriers delivery dates that are published below. We recommend padding this date by 2-3 days earlier
Friday December 17:
Deadline for USPS First Class mail and Priority mail, but please note this is NOT a guaranteed delivery service
Monday December 20:
This is the homestretch for Holiday shipping. The team at Nice Commerce will be fulfilling orders in real time
All orders from the prior week will be in the carrier's hands
