Return Program Requirements for Your Store

Option 1: RETURNLY

Nice Commerce is proud to be a partner with an outstanding return platform like Returnly. This is a paid application that integrates directly with our WMS. Using Returnly, brands can prevent a lot of the headaches normally experienced with returns. Also, it saves your team from having to manually create RMAs in our system. As you know, we cannot process a return unless there is a corresponding RMA, so this allows us to process returns quickly when used.

How do I get started with Returnly?
  • Sign up for a free trial by downloading Returnly’s certified app on the Shopify App Store.

Which Returnly plan is right for my store?

  • Shopify (non-Plus) merchants have the option for either a monthly or annual plan.
  • Shopify Plus merchants are required to be on an annual plan & need to speak w/ the Returnly sales team. Email to get started.

Option 2: Manual Creation via Contact Form

If you do not experience a high volume of returns in a given month then the level of functionality that Returnly provides may not be suitable. If that is the case, then there are a few simple ways to create contact forms for customers to submit returns information to you. This way, the customer can provide you with the details around the reason for the return and then you can determine whether or not to process it. 
Once you have the necessary details from the customer, an RMA and return label can be created inside your client portal and a shipping label will be sent to the customer. You can follow along there for the status of the return once it is processed back into our system. If the return is approved to go back into inventory this will happen in a fast and accurate way.
