Nice CX Overview

What is Nice CX and the top level operating procedures and SLAs.

Nice CX is proactive customer service that continues to develop over time by working on the front lines of your website and interacting with your customers.

What we manage:

- Email

- Knowledge Base

What we do not manage (currently):

- Chat (coming soon!)

- Phone

This information is designed to help partners communicate the day to day workings of our partnerships to site messaging (outside of the knowledge base that we manage) as well as leverage resources that we are investing in to your customer base.

Transparent messaging will lead to more protected purchases, a better delivery experience and ultimately, increased brand loyalty - and we would love to help you achieve that!

Nice CX Standard Response Cut-Off:

Standard Inquires – 2:00 PM EST

  • All inquiries received by 2PM EST M-F shall responded to the same day if all parties have the appropriate information needed to address
  • Cut-Offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out of stock / backlogs, and other circumstances outside of direct control. For any orders that fall outside of these estimates, NICE COMMERCE LLC will notify CLIENT to determine plan of action.
