How do I check in on a specific Return?

You can easily check on the status of a return in Ship Hero and see if the inventory has been received or not.

In Ship Hero, go to the "Returns" tab at the top of the dashboard. Click on "All Returns."

Click on the RMA # that you want to check by searching by the return #.
When we receive the returned product into the  Return_Needs Transfer bin that normally means that it will be going back into Active inventory. The Prev. Received column shows that the product has already been received back into our inventory. 

The Returns team also will include a note when necessary stating what is going to be done with the products after closing the RMA that can be found if you scroll down the page.
