Yes, we do ship internationally! However, we do not handle international returns.
Nice ships internationally through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and in some cases DHL.
A non-expedited international shipment typically takes 7-30 days for delivery. Details on International Expedited are listed below.
If a client is planning on shipping internationally, we'd work with you to identify your needs and set up during the onboarding process. During onboarding, we'd submit test shipments and take other steps to ensure we are set up to go live.
At any point, if a client wants to add international shipping, at least 2 weeks' notice must be given prior to go-live to understand your needs, goals, submit test shipments, etc.
USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS all require different sets of information to ship internationally. A document processing fee will be assessed based on the SOP for implementing the international order.
Variables that can affect this pricing include:
- The nature of the product (hazmat, perishable, etc)
- The packing SOP for the products, and
- Force Majeures
- Customs declarations
- Product declarations
- Carrier-specific SOP
- Nice Commerce reserves the right to adjust this pricing to reflect the time it takes to complete this documentation.
Includes UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. This is typically a 1-3 day delivery but depends on many factors (destination, time in customs, etc.)
